My experience with plant spirits is there is no one single teaching they offer to everyone, its not a generic message that White Willows message for humanity is this..... the messages and interaction are unique to the person and also the timing of whats happening in your life when you meet them.

I met white Willow at a time when I was really struggling with gut issues during menopause. My liver was overwhelmed, struggling to deal with the excess hormone overload and was not tolerating fats. Physically I was removing all foods that no longer resonated with the new body I was creating, energetically I was doing the same, deep levels of sensitivity to energy, what and who felt safe for my nervous system and who did not.

I see you burrowing deeper and deeper into the Earth to find stillness and rest, further and further you go, down into the belly of the Mother so she can hold you while you transform. This is not your battle alone, it is the rise of the femminie, the breaker of chains, the end of the survival contract that required you to carry the the mans war inside your body. Your contract has ended Laura, no more will you allow the syphoning of your energy to feed his mother hunger and allow him to outsource his emotional regulation.Too long have you walked in the places of neglect, too long have you had to protect yourself from the false masculine, it is killing you and if you do not end this cycle you will die.

And so, as the soft ethereal tentacles of Salix alba made their way to me through the ethers I dragged myself out of bed and into the kitchen to make myself a cup of Tea, grateful for the awareness, wisdom and help.
