Return Policy

Please read the product information, ingredients, contraindications and drug safety information before choosing the product to ENSURE that it is safe for you to take and that its the one you want.

We do not offer refunds on our products if you choose the wrong product or later realise you can't have a certain Herb. 

All information on the actions, indications, contraindictations (when you shouldn't take a herb) - including allergies, certain medications and pre-existing conditions can be found in our Apothecary Section in the Contraindictations section. Blue Deer assumes the position that you read the relevant safety information and made an informed decision that the product was safe for you before you made your purchase.

Replacement for Damaged Tinctures

We offer replacements if your products arrive damaged or broken.

If your Herbal tinctures arrive and they are damaged/glass broken or leaking please follow the simple procedure to obtain a replacement.

Step 1. - Take a photo or two of the damaged product as it was when you opened the packet.  

Step 2. - Send us an email with the date you collected your items and pictures attached with a brief description of how it arrived. Make sure you attach a picture of how much it cost you to post it back to us and we will reimburse you the cost of the postage.

We will replace your items once we receive the damaged goods.

If the glass bottle is smashed and broken do not attempt to use the herbal liquid inside as there could be fragments of glass - discard immediately.

If the lid is leaking, do you best to reseal it with tape, wrap it back in the protective wrapping and send it back to us.
