On a dark and starry night a celestial phosphorescent Blue Deer speaking starlight came with a question, a vision, an invitation;
What's alive in you?
What are you truly here to tend?
What are you waiting for?
Come on it's time!
The dismantling of persona, identities, performance, unconscious programming, wounding and fear and a return to presence, embodiment, trust, openness and oneness clearly defines a time of before and after that intense undoing and birthing process.
During which my career as a Naturopath/ Herbalist also ended and my true work as a woman who works with Herbs, the Elementals, takes advice from the wind, seeks council from the fire and comes home to the water began.

Blue Deer came as an unmistakable sign to reclaim my trust in myself, to dive into the deepest part of the river and let go, open and receive.

The world has changed.
Once the wisdoms of plant medicines and teachings of the old ways were shared around fires and in kitchens that smelled like dirt and Frankincense, full of tinctures & pots with herbs in various stages of decoctions.
Women laughing at the screwed up faces of children as they tasted the Gentians and other bitters, teaching them the nuances of herb craft, how to identify them correctly and what they are used for.
This knowledge is precious and should not ever be forgotten.
Blue Deer shows up at sunrise, or an idle Friday morning while I'm doing the washing
He walks between the worlds with me steering this vision of ensuring Herbs find their way to the people who need them

Using Herbal Medicine is not only "deciding to use something natural to treat the ailment", its the path of radical responsibility for your health and life

space to be heard/witnessed/understood.
I do what I do because it's what I know, its who I am
I trust Herbs because they have saved my life and the life of my family, pets and people I have treated throughout the years over and over again.
I have always used Herbs in preference to and alongside (if necessary) allopathic medication, even and especially in times of great sickness.
They are a part of my daily life everyday
I would not know myself without them.

At some point in our human history we started believing that we were seperate from nature and the universe

When the alkaloid in the Rosemary that was rained on by the clouds that just came from the Amazon and before that Antartica comes into contact with a neuron cell in your brain, Not only is it informing that cell with the nutrition codes it needs to reestablish its structure so it can continue to carry signals and messages along the Nervous System,
The memory imprint and journey of that water brings back into you the remembrance, the feeling that you too are an infinite wild natural being of light that is for a time experiencing itself in a human body.

A little something personal about me
I think humans are made up of stories, the ones we tell ourselves, the ones stored in our bodies, sunlight and stars!!!
I feel most like my wyld, witchy, priestess, Lyrian, incense on, fire burning in the back yard, Inua Esk, connected peaceful self, barefoot talking to the Rosemary and Sensitive weed, making the yearly Elderberry Honey in Winter and sitting in silence with the Sinicuichhi plants at Sunset writing Poetry
I also love snowboarding, hiking, reading, food, spending as much time as I can in nature and cats
My life is the medicine I share.
When I mix my Tinctures and make my Teas it is full ceremony resonance dance
super position, quantum access, the Mists of Avalon, the kingdom of Mycelium, Apothecary feels from some far off star lineage,
Ancient Earth intelligence,
There are plant Spirits, Elementals, wind, rain and fire,

Blue Deers Herbal Infusions are lovingly and mindfully crafted by Me, a qualified Herbalist who has been combining herbs to make Magical teas and Treatment blends since she was a little girl having tea parties in the garden with grass, herbs, rocks and sticks.
The Peri & Menopausal Support Tea Range was created when I was in the midst of the great changes. I needed serious help for my digestive system, hormonal dips and spikes and to manage my emotions. Not just put all the menopausal herbs together and see if it works, my teas are blended specifically with the herbs that work together and that you need at this time.
The secret to an effective blend of herbs is the same for teas as it is tinctures, to ensure they work in harmony with each other. Energetically and Synergistically premier herbs are supported by secondary herbs that align with the main actions of the premiers, while also offering their own unique signature to the blend.
