Blue Deer does not take responsibility for lost or stolen goods or orders that don't arrive. If your order goes missing in the post this will be considered on a case by case basis and include investigations with Australia Post. You will be notified when your order has been mailed to you and provided with a tracking number.
Shipping Policy
All orders received during 9am-5pm Queensland business hours Monday to Friday are processed for shipment within 24hrs. Purchases made after 5pm Friday night and on Weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Although we always endeavour to keep to our delivery times, during times of limited stock or items out of stock you will be notified of any delays with an expected delivery time. For any other delays in shipment you will be notified via the email you have provided.
Out of Stock Items
Due to the nature of our business being Herbs, there is the potential for items to be out of stock for a considerable time. We apologise for the inconvenience. All efforts are made to source Herbs from Organic and Wild-harvested reputable Herb farms, with care and appreciation for the land and the time it takes to grow and care for Medicinal Herbs.
