It is essential to recognise that the nature of our business Blue Deer Herbs and Tea involves the consumption of Herbal Teas, Tinctures and products that may have claims to assisting Health and Well being. It is our concern however your responsibility to ensure that you the consumer are selecting a product that is beneficial for yourself or intended parties and that you understand the risk, cautions, contraindictations and effect certain herbs may have on any medications that you may be taking.  

By agreeing to purchase products from Blue Deer you consent to the understanding that Herbs are used to help various conditions we as humans encounter and may be beneficial to our wellbeing. Blue Deer Herbs and Tea makes no official claims that its products are treatment for any conditions of disease or pathology.

It is at the discretion and decision of you the consumer to engage in the consumption of Herbs for your own reasons, based on your prior knowledge and what has been advised on our website.

All known cautions, contraindications, and interactions with medications have been listed in the Information section for each product. Blue Deer Herbs and Tea takes no responsibility if you do not first read this information carefully before choosing your products.

INDEMNITY

Indemnification.
(a) Obligation: [Customer/Distributor] (the "Indemnitor") agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Deer Herbs and Tea  (the "Indemnitee") and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or resulting from (i) any breach of this Agreement by the Indemnitor; (ii) the Indemnitor's misuse of the Herbal products; or (iii) the Indemnitor’s failure to follow provided health warnings, dosage instructions, or consultation requirements.

(b) Health Disclaimer: The Indemnitor acknowledges that Herbal products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and that they use the products at their own risk.

Blue Deer Herbs and Tea is not liable for any adverse reactions, including but not limited to allergic reactions, drug interactions or death, resulting from the Indemnitor's failure to consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

(c) Limitation: This indemnity shall not apply to the extent that any loss is caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Blue Deer Herbs & Tea.

ORDERS

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. All orders are subject to availability of stock. If the item is in high demand and has sold out you will be notified on how you wish to proceed. You can choose to wait for the item to return and have it posted to you when it arrives or have your account credited.
